Magdalena Popielska, partner, advocate, specializes in intellectual property law and labor law. Member of the Warsaw Bar.
Since the beginning of her professional career, she has been a member of teams handling trademarks, industrial designs and patents enforcement and protection cases.
Magdalena advises clients on the resolution of current employment issues and also represents them in complex disputes before labour courts.
She graduated from the Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński University in Warsaw.

Wojciech Dobkowski, attorney-at-law with over 20 years of experience in handling complex litigation.
Member of the Warsaw Bar Association since 1991. He specializes in criminal law in the field of commercial crimes, white-collar crimes and criminal aspects of the protection of intellectual property rights.
He was involved in many complex criminal trials, representing brand owners as an attorney for an auxiliary prosecutor.
A graduate of SGPiS (currently the Main School of Economics) and the University of Warsaw.

Olga Grodecka

She is also a PhD student at the Doctoral School of Social Sciences at The Jagiellonian University in Krakow. She is working on her dissertation on copyrights at the Intellectual Property Department.
Olga graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Warsaw University. Her master thesis earned the 2nd Prize from the Minister of Education and Science in the 21st Competition of the Polish Patent Office and was recognized as the best scientific work in the field of intellectual property. She also received a scholarship from the Association of Authors and Publishers Copyright Poland.
During her law studies, she spent six months at the University of Trento as part of the Erasmus+ programme.
In addition to her law degree, Olga holds a Bachelor’s degree in Art History from the Institute of Art History at the University of Warsaw.
She has gained valuable experience working with clients in both Polish law firms and international institutions. Notably, she completed a one-year Pan-European traineeship programme at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) and interned at the Polish Embassy in Paris.
Olga is also committed to pro bono work. While studying, she worked at the Law Clinic of the University of Warsaw, providing free legal assistance.
Since 2021, she has been actively supporting the Margarete Hodgkinson Foundation Against Rape Culture, offering legal aid to victims of sexual violence.
She is fluent in English, French, and Italian.
In her spare time she visits local exhibitions and museums.

She has gained her professional experience in Warsaw law firms specializing in representing Polish and foreign clients in cases concerning protection of trademarks and industrial designs. She has represented clients in complex criminal proceedings both as a defense attorney and as a representative of the IP right holders.
She took part in training sessions for officers of the National Tax Administration and Police officers about methods of fighting intellectual property infringements in practice.
Currently, she mainly deals with criminal law aspects of protection of intellectual property rights.
