Paweł Siekierzyński, partner, attorney-at-law with over 20 years of experience in the largest Polish and international law firms specializing in intellectual property law. Specialist in the field of intellectual property law, competition law and company law. Member of the Warsaw Bar Association since 1996.
Paweł has advised leading Polish, European and international corporations on key issues related to intellectual property law. His experience also includes advising on competition law and company law.

Bartłomiej Kochlewski, partner, advocate, specializing in intellectual property law and labor law. Member of the Warsaw Bar Association since 1997.
Since the beginning of his career, he has been associated with law firms specializing in intellectual property law.
He represented clients before the Supreme Court in Poland in cases that set new directions for the interpretation of intellectual property law.
He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw and the School of English Law (British Law Centre in English and European Law) at the University of Warsaw. Scholarship holder of the British Council as part of the European Young Lawyers' Scheme at the College of Law in London.
Author of publications on the Bolar exception in Polish law.

Wojciech Dobkowski, attorney-at-law with over 20 years of experience in conducting intellectual property cases. Member of the Warsaw Bar Association since 1991. He specializes in substantive criminal law in the field of crimes against economic turnover, white-collar crime and criminal aspects of the protection of intellectual property rights. He was involved in many complex criminal trials, as a defense attorney and as an attorney for an auxiliary prosecutor, representing brand owners.
A graduate of SGPiS (currently the Main School of Economics) and the University of Warsaw.

Mateusz Hyży is an advocate and has several years of experience in representing clients in court and arbitration proceedings.
He specializes in intellectual property matters, in particular trademarks and combating unfair competition. In his career, he was associated with one of the largest Polish law firms, where he dealt with the procedural aspects of industrial property protection. He also worked in a leading international law firm, gaining experience in cross-border cases.
He graduated with honors from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw, as well as the Institute of Transnational Law and Practice at the University of Washington in Seattle.
He is a member of the Warsaw Bar Association.

Aleksandra Penkowska, attorney-at-law, specializes in intellectual property law. Member of the Warsaw Bar Association since 2011.
In her previous intellectual property practice, she has represented Polish and foreign clients in disputes concerning infringements of trademarks, industrial designs, patents and copyrights. She has also represented clients in proceedings concerning the maintenance of industrial property rights in force – before the Polish Patent Office and administrative courts.
She drafted and negotiated license agreements and agreements for the acquisition of intellectual property rights, as well as advised on building strategies for the protection of intellectual property rights in the company.
She graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, the School of Law of Cardiff University (obtaining the Certificate of Higher Education in Legal Studies), the British Law Centre in English and European Law at the University of Warsaw, Postgraduate Studies in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Warsaw and Postgraduate Studies in Art History at Collegium Civitas.
She participates in the work of international law associations, including among others International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI) – as a Member of the Standing Committee for Intellectual Property Trade Secrets and Diversity&Inclusion Bureau Advisory Committee, International Association of Lawyers (UIA) – as Deputy Director of UIA-IROL Human Rights and Protection of Lawyers.

Joanna Wąsowska , trainee attorney at the Bar Association in Warsaw. She has a master’s degree in law from the Jagiellonian University. She also defended her bachelor’s degree in Intellectual property and new media law. She has been gaining professional experience for 5 years – first in Cracow, and now for several years in Warsaw, both in boutique and medium-sized law firms.
Before starting cooperation with SK+, she provided legal services to entrepreneurs – most of all, she was assisting in the conduct of court proceedings (both civil and administrative) and provided services to the companies in terms of compliance of their activities with the GDPR.
Currently, she mainly specializes in cases related to the personal data protection, intellectual property law and labor law.
